Brain Buzz is designed to be completely private and account-free.

• ✓No account or login is required to use the app
• ✓We do not collect, store, or share any personal data
• ✓All game progress and scores are stored locally on your device only
• ✓We have no access to your data — ever

3. License to Use

Magpie Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Brain Buzz for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ✗Use cheats, automation software, bots, or hacks
• ✗Redistribute, sell, or rent the App to third parties
• ✗Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Some games within Brain Buzz feature virtual currency (e.g., chips in Blackjack, Teen Patti):

• •No Real Value: Virtual currency has no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• •No Gambling: Brain Buzz does not involve real money gambling. All games are for entertainment only
• •Reset Rights: We reserve the right to reset virtual currency if exploited through bugs or cheats
• •No Compensation: If you lose virtual currency due to game mechanics, bugs, or app updates, no compensation is provided

You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Brain Buzz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• •Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• •Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• •Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of game content
• •Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magpie Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Brain Buzz, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of data or game progress
• •Device damage or malfunction
• •Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in the App
• •Third-party content (e.g., ads)

10. Age Restrictions

Brain Buzz is suitable for all ages. However:

• •Users under 18 should use the App with parental guidance
• •Casino-style games (Blackjack, Teen Patti) are for entertainment only and do not involve real money
• •Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's app usage

Magpie Inc. reserves the right to:
