The app's content is for informational and wellness purposes only and should not be treated as medical advice. If you have any medical, mental health, sleep, or emergency concerns, you should consult a qualified professional.
Some content in Sleep AI, including meditation music, may be generated using third-party AI services. AI-generated outputs may vary and may not always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always meet every personal preference or expectation.
Sleep AI may offer both free and paid features. Free users have access to core features. Paid subscribers may receive access to premium features, depending on the subscription plan available at the time. We reserve the right to modify features, plan structures, access limits, or pricing at any time, subject to applicable platform rules.
Sleep AI offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play:
Refund eligibility may depend on the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the purchase was made. If you believe there has been a payment issue or exceptional billing problem, you may contact us with relevant proof and details. We may review the matter personally and communicate with you regarding the issue. Any refund decision will be subject to applicable law, platform policies, payment limitations, and verification of the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms guarantees a refund in every case.
The Sleep AI app, branding, design, content arrangement, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only, unless we provide written permission otherwise. You may not copy, resell, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
If you upload a profile image or submit content through the app, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so. You remain responsible for any content you upload or submit.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Sleep AI at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Sleep AI if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, or continued access creates risk to the app, other users, or our services. You may stop using the service at any time.
You can delete your Sleep AI account and remove your data directly from within the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently remove your account and all associated data from our database. You may also request account deletion by contacting us through the Contact page. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Sleep AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will meet all expectations, be uninterrupted, or be free from errors, delays, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Sleep AI. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Sleep AI may depend on third-party services and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, billing systems, or independent acts of those providers.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Sleep AI after updated Terms become effective means you accept those changes.
